Councilman Nadel is Liaison to the Borough's Fire Department as well as a member of the Lincoln Park's CERT, (Community Emergency Response Team). "Hy" also serves on the TBSA, (Two Bridges Sewer Authority) and is presently Chairman of the MCMUA, (Morris County Municipal Authority).
