Change Your Outfit, Not Your Routine:
Hot or cold outside, keep it moving even as the seasons change. It’s common to use the seasons as an excuse not to stick with exercise. If you’re feeling the weather doldrums, do a shorter but more intense workout by packing in more with less. Need some ideas? Do a set of three mini-exercise circuits. You don’t even need to go outside, you could do this almost anywhere: wall squats, abs on a chair, and leg raises.

How It Works: Each month, join us for a fun walk with a doctor from the Chilton Medical Center community. For the first few minutes, the doctor will give a brief presentation on an important health topic. Then, for the remainder of the hour, participants will go for a walk together. The doctor will walk with you too!
