Walk Tall - Chin up!
Walking is wonderful exercise. Keep your chin up, good posture helps you breathe and prevents problems with your back, neck and shoulders. Swing arms
naturally—it gives power to your walk. If you want to walk faster don’t lengthen your stride, instead concentrate on shorter quicker steps. Drink water before,
during and after your walks.
