FAIR HOUSING |
A Fair Housing Committee (FHC) was established to assist in developing the Affordability Control Standards and Procedures. A Director is appointed by the Mayor, with Advice and Consent of Council.
The Fair Housing Advisory Committee (FHAC) consists of four (4) members, including two (2) citizens of the Borough, to be appointed by the Mayor, without the Advice and Consent of the Council, to serve for the term of the Mayor, and until a successor is appointed, the Director of the FHC, and a member of the Council (Liaison).
The FHAC assists and advises the Director, the Mayor and the Council on all matters within the jurisdiction of the FHC.
