NEW VENDOR AND BID PROCEDURE FEBRUARY 1, 2011

The Borough of Lincoln Park is partnering with IPT by BidNet as part of the Morris County Online Bid System and will post all of our bids, addendums, and awards through this convenient online system. As a vendor, you can register with the Morris County Online Bid System and be sure that you see all available bids and opportunities. By selecting automatic bid notification, your company will receive emails anytime the Borough has a bid opportunity that matches your company's business. In addition, the site handles bid opportunities, RFPs, and RFQs for other member governmental agencies as well.

How we purchase goods and services in the Borough of Lincoln Park  

  • all supplies, equipment and contractual services having a projected annual value in excess of $17,500 are purchased on the basis of formal, written, competitive sealed solicitations of bids or proposals. (Exception is professional services which is every other year RFP)

     

  • Purchases between $1,000.00 and $17,500.00 in the aggregate are awarded on competitive basis through obtaining of three (3) written quotes or purchase through Morris County Cooperative Purchasing, Somerset Cooperative Purchasing or State of New Jersey Cooperative purchasing contract

     

  • Lincoln Park strives to purchase through the lowest possible price and bidder.
